Land Acknowledgment
West Coast Canyoning Adventures respectfully acknowledges that we operate on the traditional and unceded territories of the Coast Salish peoples, including the St'at'imc, Sḵwxwú7mesh (Squamish), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), səl̓ilwətaɁɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), Sts’ailes (Chehalis), and Stó:lō Nations.

The wisdom and knowledge of these Indigenous communities inspire a deep respect for nature and strengthen our connection to the land. We are grateful for their stewardship and work to honor it through responsible adventure practices, education, and conservation efforts.
West Coast Canyoning Adventures collaborates with First Nations on various projects, such as surveying the Siska Creek Tunnel to assess salmon passage and potential habitat improvements. We are also working toward future partnerships with the Sts’ailes Nation and remain committed to educating our participants on the cultural and natural heritage of these lands.
With gratitude to the Sḵwxwú7mesh (Squamish) people for allowing us to operate on their territory, we strive to explore with respect, learn with humility, and give back through stewardship and education.
